Marketing Assistant (Overseas)

Job Duties:

· Assist in end-to-end administrative and compliance processes for construction projects in Macau and selected overseas markets, including preparation and submission of applications to the Macau Land and Urban Construction Bureau (DSSCU)

· Serve as a key liaison between Hong Kong management and local partners, consultants, contractors, and government departments in Macau and overseas, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up

· Conduct market intelligence gathering on urban development policies, construction regulations, and licensing procedures in Macau, the GBA and target overseas markets;

· Coordinate business trips to Macau, the GBA, and overseas project sites

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or other related fields

· Familiarity with Macau or GBA region urban development regulations is s an advantage

· Prior experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or government agencies in Macau or the GBA is highly preferred

· 協助處理澳門及海外建築項目的行政與合規事務，包括向澳門土地工務局（DSSCU）提交申請文件；

· 作為香港管理層與澳門及海外合作夥伴、承建商及政府部門之間的主要聯絡人，跟進項目進度與審批事宜；

· 收集並整理澳門、大灣區及海外市場的建築法規、政策與許可流程等情報；

· 協助安排商務行程及項目相關會議

職位要求：

· 大專或以上學歷，主修工商管理或相關專業；

· 熟悉澳門城市發展法規者優先；

· 具備於澳門或大灣區建築公司、工程顧問或政府部門工作經驗者優先
