To drive BIM development in Hong Kong, the Construction Industry Council (CIC) introduced the BIM Certification and Accreditation Schemes to standardize BIM training. Subsidized by the Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF), the program targets BIM practitioners with relevant experience in BIM projects and relevant academic backgrounds.

Digital Information Management, Collaboration, and Integration

Ability to execute and administer the operation of a Common Data Collaboration Platform (CDCP) and data quality control system for effective use and sharing of digital information in a BIM project
