Elvis is CEO of isBIM Limited and is currently focused on BIM implementation and business development. Elvis received his Bachelors degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With his 16 years experience in project management and over 8 years experience of planning and implementing BIM project, he has successfully created a series of value added services from special geometry modeling, generative modelling, interactive design review in game engine, design audit and design rehearsal in BIM, BIM tender specification for architect, main contractor and subcontractor, 4D simulation, construction sequence simulation, model based quantity taking off, BIM drawings, BIM integrated RFID project tracking solution and BIM based facility management for over 60 BIM projects in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, Tokyo and Mumbai. 

He is the member of BIM Expert Committee of China Commercial Real Estate Association, founding member and board member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling, board member of China Engineering Graphics Society.



Wang Yi 汪逸
Chairman of KOITA Hong Kong, isBIM Beijing General Manager

Wang graduate in Tsinghua University's Faculty of Heat Engineering in 1985. He then dedicated into working in the HVAC engineering field. Wang started its business in 1987, and starting from 2000, its business has been Autodesk China State AEC industry's sole distributer. In 2006 to 2008, Wang stood as Autodesk China's Advisor to the President.

Wang has been contributing to the AEC sector. He was the Vice Chairman of the China Software Alliance(CSA) in 2008. In the same year, Wang and his team used their BIM knowledge in Olympic Village's space planing and materials management system, making contribution to Beijing's Olympics' supporting team.

Wang has more than 10 years' experience in the AEC industry, and has been experienced in the dedication of research of BIM and information technology of engineering enterprise in China.



Ken Tong

Ken Tong has high qualification and experience in the engineering field. He has obtained a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 10 years experience in CAD application. In addition, he has accumulated over 5 years’ expertise in BIM implementation, and was involved in various BIM projects, such as 4D and construction simulation for Kai Tak Phase 1A, BIM for McDonald Japan and 4D Modelling of Cathay New Cargo Terminal.



Anthony Lam

Anthony Lam has over 5 years of experience in BIM implementation. Starting from 2006, Mr Lam has been involved in various projects, covering aspects not limited to BIM project management, construction management and 4D simulations.

He is a professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling (HKIBIM), an authorized BIM design/coordination Manager of China Real Estate Association and a certificated BIM Engineer authorized by Autodesk. In 2011, he obtained the professional certificate of Revit Architecture 2011 authorized by Autodesk.

Starting from 2009, Mr Lam has been sharing his professional BIM experience with companies such as AECOM, Mott MacDonald, Housing Authority, CRC Construction, Arup and Hsin Cheong Construction.



Rex Lau

Rex Lau has over 4 years’ experience in BIM project implementation. He obtained his qualifications in Building Engineering and Real Estate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During his years of obtaining tertiary education, Mr Lau is already dedicated into BIM and CMC application in a BIM consultant company. He has been a BIM and VR Engineer since 2007 and in recent two years, Mr Lau is actively participating in BIM project management.

Mr Lau has attained an expert level of qualification from UC-win/Road, a qualification which is obtained after assessment in Tokyo. He is a certified trainer for UC-win/Road. UC-win/Road is an authorized working platform of CMC projects for the Highways Department in the HKSAR.

Mr Lau had been a research assistant for the Department of Building and Real Estate for The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and had been dedicated to BIM research and development. He had researched in areas such as Hong Kong BIM application and international BIM standards. Mr Lau was also a visiting lecturer for BIM practices in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
